Homes4Docs was created by physicians who experienced firsthand how challenging housing decisions can be during training and career transitions.
Our goal is simple: to connect doctors with trusted real estate professionals who understand physician life — relocation, contracts, physician loans, and demanding schedules.
We began our own real estate journey early in our medical careers, purchasing our first homes during residency. Along the way, we also became licensed in real estate, gaining perspective from both sides of the process — as physicians navigating career moves and as professionals working in real estate.
Homes4Docs exists to help fellow physicians approach housing decisions with greater confidence. Whether you are buying your first home, relocating for a new position, or exploring real estate as a long-term investment, we aim to provide thoughtful guidance and connect you with the right professionals.

FounderWith a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. They set the tone for everything we do.
FounderMuneer Alhusseini
Muneer is an academic hospitalist practicing in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Henry Ford St. John Hospital.
His real estate journey began during residency in 2020 when he purchased a small ranch home that became a place of stability after long hospital shifts and overnight calls. That home was later converted into a rental for residents and healthcare workers, sparking a deeper interest in real estate.
Since then, he has built and manages a personal portfolio of properties and is a licensed real estate agent with REAL Brokerage. Through years of conversations with colleagues navigating similar decisions, he recognized how often physicians struggle with housing choices during training and early practice.
Through Homes4Docs, he hopes to offer a trusted physician-to-physician perspective — sharing experience and connecting colleagues with the right professionals when making housing decisions.
